Questions

Where does RoadHub work?

Street names, speed limits, speed cameras, address search and navigation cover Armenia, Georgia and Russia. Drives can be recorded anywhere, but outside these countries they have no street data.

How do I record a drive?

Add your car in the garage once. Then tap Start a new trip on the Trip tab. Following a route in the Navigator records the drive too.

The recording stopped, or a drive looks wrong

Allow location access While Using the App with Precise Location on (iOS Settings → RoadHub → Location), and do not close RoadHub from the app switcher during a drive. Where GPS is weak, in tunnels and underground car parks, a drive can have gaps.

How are fuel and cost worked out?

From the physics of each drive (speed, climbs, stops, the season’s typical weather) and your car’s model, priced at the fuel or electricity price you set. They are estimates: on longer drives they are usually within about 10% of what the car really used.

Where do the speed cameras come from?

From OpenStreetMap, so the list can be incomplete. In countries where camera alerts are not allowed, the app turns them off.

Is the Armenian voice a real person?

No. It is computer-generated (AI). Russian and English use your iPhone’s own voices.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?. We email you a six-digit code; if it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. It deletes your account with all your drives, positions and cars. If you cannot open the app, write to us from your account’s email address and we will delete it for you. Details are in the Privacy policy.

Who can see my drives?

Only you. There are no public profiles or rankings, and we do not sell data or show ads.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. It is on the way.
