RoadHub

Terms of use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DINNO CJSC (Yerevan, Armenia), which makes RoadHub. By creating an account or using the app you accept them; if you do not, please do not use RoadHub. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps applies as well. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.

1. Safety comes first

2. What RoadHub can get wrong

Speed limits, speed cameras, routes, travel times, addresses, street names, drive figures and fuel or charge estimates come from OpenStreetMap data, our own calculations and your phone’s GPS. They can be missing, out of date or wrong. Treat them as help, not as a guarantee. Camera alerts are a reminder to keep to the limit, not a way to avoid enforcement; where the law does not allow them the app switches them off, and you must follow the law of the country you are in. Fuel and cost figures are estimates and can differ from what your car actually used.

3. Your account

You must be old enough to drive where you live or, if you use RoadHub as a passenger, at least 16. Use a real email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse RoadHub: no recording made-up drives, no attempts to break into or overload the service, no copying its data in bulk or using it to build another service, no reverse engineering except where the law allows it, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or close an account that does this.

5. Your data and pictures

Your drives are yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide RoadHub to you, as the Privacy policy describes. The share pictures you make are yours to use as you like; if you publish them, you are responsible for what they show.

6. The service

RoadHub is free at the moment. If we ever add paid features, you will be told before anything costs money. We keep improving RoadHub, so features can change or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

7. Liability

RoadHub is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, DINNO CJSC is not responsible for accidents, fines, lost time, extra fuel or any other loss that results from using or relying on the app, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Map data and other people’s rights

Map, street, address and camera data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). The base map is Apple Maps. Car brand and model names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the car you drive.

9. Ending

You can stop using RoadHub and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes go to the courts of Yerevan, unless the consumer law of your country lets you go to the courts where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you about important changes in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using RoadHub afterwards, the new terms apply.
